With this project for a local Fortune 500 company, Bruce Construction retrofitted an old bowling alley into a sleek and modern office space.

Bruce Construction served as the general contractor of GreenForge, Westmoreland County's first green rehabilitated commercial building. GreenForge is a previously vacant, 23,000 square foot building. Read more about this special project.

This dry cleaner needed more than a good cleaning. There isn't an inch of the front of the building that we didn't touch. The door is in the same location - and that's about it.

The Savvy Group, an integrated marketing firm needed an innovative way to make their new downtown office space more functional and stimulating. The space was renovated so that there was more organizational storage, as well as an environment that reflected the personality of its creative employees.

Kasto, Inc., a metal cutting and storage company, needed a more organized work flow and a segregated office environment to block sounds from the work floor.

Sharpsburg Industrial Park was a vacant manufacturing facility that needed to be rehabilitated from wall-to-wall, from inside to the outside. Bruce Construction completely renovated, modernized and upgraded the facility.
